The Future Looks Bright!

We are thrilled to welcome Ryan Sroczynski back to TDEG as a CT summer employee! Ryan recently graduated from the University of Connecticut and has returned to our team to assist with the analysis and design of steel structural systems, as well as the evaluation of existing timber structures.

This August, Ryan will be moving to Houston, Texas, to pursue his Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering while working as a structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT).

TDEG deeply appreciates Ryan’s aspirations, innovation, and motivation. We congratulate him on his recent graduation and thank him for his continued contributions to our team and the industry!

Patrick Seufert, a third-year Civil Engineering student at the University of Dayton, has joined TDEG in Colorado as a summer intern.

Patrick is on track to graduate in December 2027 with his Bachelor’s degree. At TDEG, he is actively assisting with the design of structural systems and the preparation of comprehensive engineering calculation packages. Through this hands-on experience, Patrick is accelerating his technical skills and gaining vital insight into the real-world engineering design process.

After shadowing our CO office for a day during high school, Patrick officially decided to pursue a degree in structural engineering. There is no better feeling than knowing TDEG helped guide the next generation in the industry!

Spring into Summer!

Boys & Girls Club

Greenwich, CT

As structural engineers for the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich expansion and renovation, TDEG partnered closely with the project team to deliver a dynamic new addition while revitalizing key portions of the existing facility. The project included a new gymnasium structure with exposed long span steel framing, a multi-level connector addition, extensive structural upgrades throughout the original clubhouse, and the creation of new occupied floor space within portions of the existing building.

Designed within the constraints of an active campus and tight site, the project required significant coordination between new and existing construction, including large structural modifications to the original building and integration of the new addition with the existing fieldhouse. The completed facility provides updated athletic, recreational, and community spaces for the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich.

We are seeking both an entry-level and a mid-level structural engineer for our CO and CT offices.

Responsibilities include conducting structural engineering analysis and design for building foundations and superstructures, reviewing submittals, performing construction site inspections, and evaluating existing structural systems.
