All Saints Day - Remembering Our Loved Ones
Each year on All Saints Sunday we name our loved ones who have died over the year. This year, we will be making a video slideshow to go along with the reading of names during our church services.

If you would like your loved ones' picture and name to be included in this video please fill out the form below. You are also welcome to bring a picture to the church office and we will scan it for you.

Presentation of Bibles for 2nd and 3rd Graders
During the weekend of October 30th and 31st, our 2nd and 3rd graders will receive their Bibles during worship services. If your child is in 4th grade and did not receive a Bible last year due to Covid please contact the church office at info@poplc.org or

Oktoberfest is back!
The POP Music Ministry is excited to bring back one of Prince of Peace's traditions with our annual Oktoberfest on October 30th from 12 PM-5 PM. After working with the Prince of Peace Covid Task Force, we have developed a smaller version of Oktoberfest that is in line with our current POP Activities.

The 2021 Oktoberfest will focus on a POP community gathering while still being open to friends of the congregation. The 2021 Oktoberfest will include our favorite activities, Live Music, Food, Beer Garden, and Children's Games.

Town Hall
The BoSL will host a Town Hall meeting on Nov. 7th at 7:30 pm. This meeting will be on zoom and we will send a link on the day of the meeting. The main topic will be the Education Search Committee’s update/progress. The Nov. 14h Listening Post that was scheduled is canceled in favor of the Nov. 7th Town Hall.
Nest Collective Run/Swim Fundraiser
Run & Swim for the Nest is back! On November 13, POP's very own, Jerry Nepodal and Erin Summers will once again run and swim to raise money to support The Nest Collective's mission! Jerry's goal is to swim 300+ continuous minutes and Erin's goal is to run a half marathon.

The Swim-for-the-Nest and Run-for-the Nest fundraisers will allow us to meet one of our most basic, yet most impactful, needs.  ALL funds raised from the events will be used to provide complete bed sets (new mattress, frame, and bedding) to our most in-need clients.
