HOMELESS STUDY

Join the Largest Study of Homelessness in the Country

Over 400 shelter sites. Thousands of interviews. One day. On October 22, 2026, interviewers across Minnesota will power the country's largest homelessness study, and we're looking for more volunteers like you.

A typical volunteer shift is four hours conducting face-to-face interviews with people experiencing homelessness. You'll receive training that you can complete online or in-person at the Wilder Center in St. Paul, and you'll have an experienced site lead with you on site during your shift. This is a rewarding volunteer opportunity that you can't find elsewhere. We hope you'll join us!
