Dear Friends and Partners,

We’re honored to share an exciting new chapter for one of Mendocino County’s most meaningful leadership programs.

Together, North Coast Opportunities and Community Foundation of Mendocino County are partnering to guide Leadership Mendocino into a sustainable, community-driven future—preserving and strengthening a program that has helped shape local leadership for over three decades.

Since 1992, Leadership Mendocino has inspired and connected more than 800 leaders across business, nonprofit, education, government, and community sectors. Through collaboration, service, and innovation, these leaders have helped build a stronger, more resilient Mendocino County.

This next phase is only possible because of the commitment of supporters, partners, alumni, and community champions like you. Your belief in local leadership has created a lasting legacy—and now, together, we have the opportunity to build on that foundation for future generations.

With your continued support, the Community Foundation will relaunch Leadership Mendocino in 2027 with expanded access and opportunities for emerging leaders throughout our region.

We invite you to read the full announcement and learn how you can help shape the future of leadership in Mendocino County.

Thank you for your partnership, generosity, and ongoing investment in our community.

In gratitude,

Tawny Bailey
