Greetings!
Every self-storage owner has a different story—and different reasons for considering what comes next. You may be thinking about selling a property you’ve spent years building, purchasing your first facility or adding to an existing portfolio. Wherever you are in that process, I believe a good starting point is a conversation about your goals.
My background in law and commercial real estate shapes how I work with clients. As a former litigator and negotiator, I help self-storage buyers and sellers through discussions and toward closing. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions and pay attention to the details that matter.
Through National Storage Partners (NSP), I help owners and buyers work through the considerations involved in a transaction—from preparing a property for market to evaluating opportunities and navigating discussions. My role is to help you understand your options and help you move through the process with clear information and practical guidance.
With two recent sales completed, I’ve been reflecting on how personal each transaction can be. Behind every property is someone making an important decision about their business and their future.
I’ll be attending the Maine Self Storage Association’s MeSSA Fall Conference on October 27–28 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland, ME, and participating in Wednesday’s roundtables. If you’ll be there, I’d welcome the chance to hear what you’re working on and talk about what’s ahead—whether a purchase or sale is on your horizon or you’re simply considering the possibilities.
