Divers with Heart: David McMullen’s Story

David McMullen’s Diveheart journey began with inspiration from his grandfather—one of the first Diveheart instructors. What started as curiosity quickly became a calling. Through his training as an Advanced Adaptive Dive Buddy, David discovered the compassion, teamwork, and purpose that define the Diveheart mission.

Watch as David shares how adaptive scuba changed his perspective on what’s possible—deepening both his diving skills and his humanity.

Thank You, Rainbow Reef Dive Center!

A big thank-you to our friends at Rainbow Reef Dive Center in Key Largo, Florida, for proudly displaying the Legend of the Statue documentary banner at their dockside retail store.

Rainbow Reef’s team regularly brings divers to the Christ of the Abyss—the most viewed underwater statue in the world—and continues to help share Diveheart’s story and mission with the diving community. We’re so grateful for their ongoing partnership and support!
