Her career includes senior leadership roles at the Technical College System of Georgia, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and the Georgia Department of Economic Development, where her work helped bring nearly 69,000 jobs and more than $13 billion in capital investment to Georgia. Corbin currently serves as Chair of the World Lottery Association Responsible Gaming Committee and has held top leadership roles with the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) and the Mega Millions Consortium.
“Gretchen Corbin’s leadership in education, workforce development, and responsible gaming has earned national recognition,” said Georgia Rep. Her leadership reflects the core mission of NCLGS: promoting responsible gaming practices, strengthening communities, and advancing economic opportunity. We are honored to welcome her as our keynote speaker.”
The NCLGS Winter Meeting is the only national conference where sitting legislators convene to discuss gaming policy. The 2026 Winter Meeting program will feature legislator-led sessions, regulatory and industry panels, responsible gaming discussions, and networking events with policymakers and industry leaders from across the country.
