Member Anniversary

Celebrating 170 Years in the Lafayette Community!

On September 28th, 2025, Lafayette United Methodist Church (LUMC) celebrated 170 years of serving the town of Lafayette as a Christian community. To commemorate this occasion, there was a message from the District Superintendent Rev. David Niu, and the service was followed by a potluck lunch in the Methodist tradition. LUMC has also been a member of the Chamber since 1957!
