Doylestown, PA – For more than a century, the tiles made at the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works have told stories about places, people, and craft traditions passed down through generations.

The 26th Annual TileFest in Doylestown is HAPPENING! Tile Heritage has been a cheerleader of this event since its beginning. We support and sponsor the TileFest and honor the tile makers. Not everyone from across the country can attend in person – but your work CAN be represented there this year again!

Tile-making has been a tradition in America since the mid -1870s – over 150 years! As a tile maker you are part of the “Stories in Clay”! As a tile maker you are a ‘steward of clay,’ weaving artistry into single tiles or elaborate installations throughout the country for present and future generations to embrace.

Tile Heritage Foundation, since its inception 39 years ago, is the keeper of the “Tile Traditions in America - your Stories in Clay.” As a maker you are a contributor to that history, holding an integral place in the Tile Heritage Foundation Archives for posterity.HERE is the TILE DONATION Form THANK YOU!

The Tile Heritage Foundation (THF) is GROWING – embarking upon a critical new chapter in its mission to protect and preserve the history of every aspect of the American tile industry today and into the future!
