Rasmussen Consulting I/S
Greetings!

The topics in this issue:

- promoting the Real Time Strategy concept
- constructopedia "tech support"

In the recent "coffee chat for all" on June 3, we shared our latest ideas and practical advice on how to show case the RTS concept once you are in front of a potential client and have the opportunity to do a 90 - 120 min. hands-on demo. We all strongly believe that the RTS has huge relevance in the post - covid world.

The ultimate promise of the RTS concept is, that it is VALID alternative to having a strategy based on a detailed PLAN. That alternative is to have strategy based on SIMPLE GUIDING PRINCIPLES.This is what we deliver with the Real Time Strategy workshop.

The Pencil Cup Challenge
The crux (core) of this approach is a new version of Pencil Cup challenge inspired by the Japanese LSP community. Not all of you might remember this activity from your training. It is described in your manual #3 and the actual building instructions are described in your manual #4.

The version described in your manuals uses bricks that are only included in the Connections Kit. There is now a version of the Pencil Cup Challenge for use with the Window Exploration Kit. You can download the instructions by clicking on the image above.

The RTS messaging and trial workshop flow
Should you decide to familiarize yourself with this approach you can do so:
- by building a pencil cup following the new instructions
- going through the SLIDES with the messaging points and trial workshop flow.

For additional information you can:
- log in to the facilitator community section on www.seriousplay.training. Select video library and coffee chats. Here you can review the recording of this presentation on June 3.
- review the RTS video also the video library under LSP tutorials
- download the standard trial workshop roadmap

Constructopedia - construction tech.support
Part of my personal efforts during the "stay-at-home covid time" has been to get better at editing videos. I have practiced by making "tech.support videos" on how to use the gears, connections etc. Not perfect, but hopefully it is helpful for some of you. I had lot of fun. You will find the videos in the video library on www.seriousplay.training. Look under the Constructopedia category.

As a taster here is a DIRECT link to one of the videos.

Best wishes and stay well
