APPROVALS & NOTIFICATIONS DASHBOARD
The new Approvals & Notifications Dashboard is available in ADP Workforce Now, enabling you to manage the Activity Approval Process all from one, centralized place!
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will access to the Approvals & Notifications Dashboard. Access the new Dashboard within Setup > Approval Process to perform all of the following tasks without having to navigate to multiple pages*:
Manage Activities
- Gain a quick overview of available activities, where you can set up, edit, or activate approvals.
- View Default Approval Paths directly on the Activities landing page.
Access General Settings
- Manage common settings including creating Approval Paths and Business Rules, setting Escalations, defining Email Notifications, and more!
Monitor In-Progress Events
- Easily view events pending approval and access completed ones.
- Quickly identify the Current Approver and take actions such as Quick Approval or Reject for events pending your approval.
- Select multiple events and perform actions like Reroute, Cancel, or Export.
*NOTE: The new Approvals & Notifications Dashboard will replace the existing Activity Configuration and Manage Message Center pages in Workforce Now, where parts of the approval process are currently supported.
