SUPPORT SCHOOLS IN PUERTO RICO
TAG is leading a symposium hosted by the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras in May. We inquired as to how we might support schools in San Juan as they continue to recover from Hurricane Maria. Three schools provided a wish list of items that would enhance their meeting student needs. Please join TAG in providing the financial support for the schools to purchase these items.

From the Schools
The school is located in an area of scarce economic resources where many students lack safe spaces for play. There are three small spaces where Kindergarten through fifth graders play. Playground equipment is needed to enhance the recreation and socialization of students.
A horseshoe table and rug would greatly enhance the environment within our school social work program by making the environment more warm and inviting for social interactions.
The Kindergarten classroom is not carpeted. Having a colorful rug would facilitate children's morning routines as they work on reading strategies.
