2020-2021 Annual Impact Report
Launch of 4K Pilot Program
A Child’s Haven launched a 4K program in collaboration with South Carolina First Steps (SCFS) early in 2021. This is one of only four SCFS 4K programs in Greenville County. The new 4K program currently serves 10 children and is a combination of our social-emotional curriculum and the SCFS 4K curriculum.

The program enhances our model for Therapeutic Child Care in South Carolina and prepares our children to be great learners as they transition into traditional childcare.

$161,377 Raised at Holiday Benefit Bash
On December 9th, we hosted our first annual Holiday Benefit Bash! This year, A Child's Haven decided to take our long standing breakfast fundraiser and transform it into a cozy, chic cocktail event.

The event featured live music from Kylie Odetta and The Dream Team, delicious breakfast inspired food from Table 301, and a heart felt message from Executive Director, Tanya Camunas. A Child's Haven is thrilled to announce that Phase One of our Therapeutic Outdoor Environments (TOEs) project is fully funded! In November, we officially broke ground with Precision Landscape Management and Blue Stem Landscape, LLC. as we begin bringing the project to life. We look forward to 2022 when this phase of the project will be complete and our children will reap the social-emotional benefits of the great outdoors.
TD SYNNEX Share the Magic Donates $389,185 to A Child's Haven
On December 16th, TD SYNNEX Share the Magic (TD SSTM) hosted the annual check reveal for all of the TD SSTM beneficiaries. ACH received a check for $389,185! Thank you to everyone who supported TD SSTM events in any way this year. Hard work and generosity certainly paid off for the children and families we serve. We are looking forward to another year of magic in 2022! Save the date for the 12th annual TD SSTM Celebration on October 8th, 2022.

A Child's Haven is fortunate to be celebrating 30 years in 2022! With that comes much celebration and more responsibility to continue to serve those who need us most. In the new year, we plan to further our founder's vision and work on strategies to replicate our program of Therapeutic Child Care. We know there is a need for Therapeutic Child Care centers across the state of South Carolina and we are ready to charge forward and serve more children in more areas in the coming years.
