 We are thrilled to welcome you to the 13th Annual Brewster Summer Arts & Craft Festival, taking place on July 26 & 27, 2025, at Drummer Boy Park in Brewster, Massachusetts.

Thank you for joining us to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and community. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following details:

Event Location

  • Drummer Boy Park: 773 Main St. Brewster, MA 02631

Event Schedule:

  • Setup Hours
  • Friday, July 25: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday, July 26: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • Event Hours
  • Saturday, July 26: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday, July 27: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • All exhibitors must have their booths set up and ready to open by 9:30 AM
  • Teardown
  • Sunday, July 27: After 4:00 PM Important Note: Early breakdown of booths is strictly prohibited. Leaving before the event ends disrupts the shopping experience, signals to customers that the event is over, and is unfair to your fellow exhibitors. Any exhibitor breaking down early may be prohibited from participating in future events.

Check-In Process

  • Castleberry Registration is located on the left side of the Park entrance.
  • Stop by to collect your booth number, 2025 Artisan button, parking pass, and other show details.

Unloading & Parking

  • Vehicles Vehicles may drive onto the grass to unload, weather permitting (no puddles).
  • Immediately after unloading, exhibitors must park in the designated area towards the far end of the field.

Booth Setup & Safety

  • Outdoor Booths:
  • All booths are on mostly level grass and require your own canopy.
  • This venue is an open field beside the ocean and can be very windy. A single gust can damage inventory and destroy canopies.
  • All outdoor booths require your own weights to secure your canopy and display. (Minimum 40lbs per booth leg)
  • Canopy - FIRE RATED:
  • All Tents and Canopies MUST be fire retardant or flame resistant.
  • Proof of fire rating should be attached to the canopy or included in the original documentation.
  • If treated with flame retardant spray, bring certification as proof.

Parking

  • Exhibitor parking is located at the far end of the field, within the center of the event and behind booths, weather and space permitting.
  • Vehicles will be parked in for the entire day.
  • If you need to leave during show hours, you MUST park at the far end of the field.
  • Local ordinance requires any vehicle with an engine to be 20 feet from any canopy.
  • DO NOT park in the front of the parking lot; these spaces are reserved for shoppers.
  • No RV or overnight parking is permitted at this venue.

Food & Amenities

  • Complimentary coffee & donuts will be available on Saturday until 9:00 AM.
  • There are only Specialty Food Exhibitors at this venue, bring food with you
  • Portable toilets and a wash station are located at across from the parking lot near the building.
  • No ATM on-site.

Electricity:

  • There is NO electricity available at this venue.

Trash:

  • All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
  • DO NOT use public trash cans; these are for shoppers.
  • Kindly dispose of all garbage in the dumpster located next to the portable toilets.
  • Leave your space as you found it after the show.

Security:

  • Security will be on-site from 8:00 PM Friday to 6:00 AM Saturday and from 5:00 PM Saturday to 7:00 AM Sunday.
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
  • Security is a deterrent only. Castleberry Fairs is not responsible for any loss or damages.

Important Notes for Food Vendors:

  •  Additional permit fee required for this event.
  • All food vendors must obtain a temporary health permit from the Brewster Health Department.
  • Apply Online through the Portal.
  • If you have questions, contact the Brewster Health Department at 508-896-3701.
  • Bring with you to the show: copies of all required health permits, ServSafe certification, Allergen Awareness Certification, and proof that your food is made in an inspected facility.
  • Product labels must be available at your booth.

Additional Notes

  • Massachusetts sales tax is 6.25%.
