In recent years, what many of you have known as Chalet Spa Verbier has been undergoing a quiet and extensive evolution - not simply a renovation, but a redefinition of atmosphere, wellness, technology and private Alpine living.

This multi-year journey, now representing an investment of more than CHF2.5 milllion, has reshaped the chalet in character and in experience. Every aspect has been reconsidered with intention - examples include:

• The spa level has been reimagined with a stainless-steel inox infinity pool enhanced by a counter-current flow and acoustic ambience, designed for both stillness and movement.

• The cinema has been elevated through immersive AV, multimedia and technology upgrades for intimate, private screenings.

• Living spaces have been refined with new furniture, new air systems, new technology, softened lighting, curated artworks, tactile materials, and sanded, oiled floors that invite warmth underfoot.

• Bedrooms, including an entirely redesigned master suite, have been crafted for serenity and restorative comfort, with new beds.

• New outdoor decking, parasols, jacuzzi and hot tub, and lounge areas extend the experience into the Alpine air.

This transformation has naturally led to an evolution not only in form, but in identity. With the programme now complete, the chalet will reopen under a new name.

This new chapter honours the chalet’s origins while embracing a more refined expression of private luxury in Verbier — one shaped by space, stillness, craftsmanship, and light.

Chalet Le Bry 1936 Verbier

New Opening in 2026

As part of the same evolution, Chalet Spa SA will also introduce Chalet Le Bry 1936 in early 2026 — with a luxury 5* 3-bedroom ensuite apartment featuring beautiful aesthetics, Minotti furnishings, original Alpine photography by Thomas Crauwels, one of Switzerland's top alpine photographers, an external bespoke private sauna with mountain view, cedar wood hot tub, cold tub, state-of-the-art AV, and home automation.

Designed as a complementary retreat within our Chalet Spa portfolio in Verbier, this further reflects the progression beyond a single-property identity and supports the transition of Chalet Spa Verbier to Chalet Belle Claire. A soft opening is expected in February/March 2026, with photography scheduled over the coming weeks.

Chalet Spa SA will continue to privately manage, promote and operate both Verbier properties, with the same leadership, discretion, and dedicated service ethos. Enquiries, offers, and rental booking contracts will continue to be arranged through Chalet Spa SA for Chalet Belle Claire (formerly Chalet Spa Verbier), and for Chalet Le Bry 1936, ensuring continuity for our long-standing partners, networks, and guests.
