We are winning this battle through a 4 pronged approach

• The waking up of Churches who are getting involved because of events like these
• The lawsuits we are going to file (and are filing)
• Running God-fearing candidates (Exodus 18:13-26) against those who hate God's laws (using events like these to find them and introduce them to everyone)
• And a recall (eventually, if needed)

The Plan

INSIDE INSTRUCTIONS (see Outside Instructions below, followed by "How to talk to the Media")

1.    Whoever wants to speak, needs to show up around 3:30pm to pick up tickets at 4:30 to get inside to speak. Wear blue to pick up your tickets. Then you can come back at 6:00 to get in. Everyone who gets tickets and/or gets inside should wear a blue removable T-shirt to pick up their tickets and until they are seated inside. Do not let folks know which side of the issue you are when you come to pick up the tickets. Once you are inside, remove your blue to reveal a different color, e.g. Red. Whatever you say be kind, do not accuse them of being the devil, use facts and logic because while I doubt you will change their minds, your focus really are the folks who watch the video. Their hearts can be changed. (Note some folks have trouble with wearing blue at first, please see ** below).

2.    If you are inside, and you want to agree with a speaker, since they don't want us to clap, what we do instead is raise our hands moving them forward and up like you are praising the Lord (you are).

3.    If you say anything to encourage a speaker, say: "Praise the Lord." I want to get the School District Trustee Chairwoman on video saying: "I'm ordering you to stop saying that, or I'll close this hearing" on National TV.

4.    Let’s be Christlike the entire time. Never raise our voices and when the other side speaks we should listen quietly. Especially if it’s kids who have been brainwashed by the left. Remember, we have to be there for them when their attempts for peace have failed.

5.  If you get into the meeting hall and can do so, please sit up front and have a camera trained backwards on the folks inside the auditorium the entire time, so we can show how well-behaved we are and if anyone gets out of hand we can point them out and say they are NOT with US! If

OUTSIDE PRAYER AND PRAISE INSTRUCTIONS

(this is where the fun is- Time to PRAY and PRAISE the Lord and ask for His Mercy right at the Caldwell District Office - Where better to pray than at the gates?)

6.    Everyone who can, please bring those outdoor propane or kerosene heaters (the construction blower kind or the stand-up ones with propane). Unload them on the sidewalk with your family, then park the car and come back to set up. Show up a bit earlier than 6pm to set up. Let’s make the space warm and cozy outside. Hopefully we have some construction folks who already have those handy.

7.   The Unions are wearing blue. So everyone OUTSIDE should wear other colors besides Blue or the Invited Media will say we are on their side. Red is good. It’s cold, make sure your jackets aren’t blue.

8.    Everyone should bring signs stating your stance, or the Media won't know who is supporting what. Put www.VAC.org/Idaho on it, so others know where to go to fight this. Dollar Tree, 79c for a bright poster that can make 2 signs if you want. Write on both sides.

9.    The churches (Mountain Heights Calvary Chapel, Caldwell Christian Church and Calvary Chapel Star) will be organizing cookies & hot chocolate, so it will be a party.

10. We will probably have a movable “stage” with worship leaders from Caldwell Christian

and Calvary Chapel Mt Heights and some of the pastors will be speaking, and we will be praying corporately. We won’t be just hanging around, it’s a time to worship the Lord, pray and learn.

11. Invite your Pastor. Bring your kids, friends and family and your pastor (and heaters).

12. Once the inside of the meeting area gets full (there’s an overflow room that fits about 40), we don’t need to be standing in a line. It’s PRAYER & PRAISE TIME. So, let’s gather closer together to worship, as long as we aren't blocking traffic. If they try to kick us off the school lot, we can still be on the sidewalks.

13. The Caldwell noise ordinance kicks in by 11 pm. But to be sensitive to the neighbors on a school night, we plan to shut down the praise and worship by 9 pm. From then on, folks can either head home or continue to mingle. But let’s make sure it’s quiet, and we should disperse before 11 pm.

14. We have already sent word to the Caldwell Police Chief and pastor Bill Sperry of Caldwell Christian Church had a sit down meeting with the Weekend Caldwell Police Sergeant on Duty and told him this plan, but if for some reason they shut us down and try to clear the school premises, (I doubt that it will happen “Caldwell Police shut down prayer meeting – National News at 11!” Not to mention that this movement will explode). But if so, make sure you get video and just comply and move to the sidewalks. We want to obey all the laws.

If they find some rule to be able to clear us from the sidewalks, then that’s wonderful too. Just get lots of video and head home, our work is done. The key is to show our presence, and win hearts and minds through it. But remember, this is just one aspect of our fight. The fight will go on, on different fronts. We are going to sue the district, but we have to show the world that we are not going to take this sitting down and that we do show up as activists for Truth and the kids. In fact, multiple lawyers are going to sue the district with different plaintiffs. So be at peace and be Christlike. We are doing this because we love kids who are going to be hurt (see talking points below).

15. Assume that just like we get all their emails, they will get ours and are currently reading this. So, none of our plans preclude them knowing what we are planning.

We want them to show up. So, expect them to show up inside and outside as well (if outside we want them to hear the pastors preach and pray with us, maybe the Lord will save them.). So be loving and kind to all those who oppose us. Most of the other side are not evil. Just misguided. Jesus loves them.

16. Take lots of video and post it to Twitter, FB and Instagram, tag us at

17. Just remember to stick to the sidewalks by the commercial buildings and stay out of the street and away from sidewalks next to residences. (In the attached picture, stay on the sidewalks inside the green area, but not in the street).

18. Just as important is CLEAN UP. Before we leave, let’s set an example for everyone. Let’s clean up everything, scraps, trash, cups whatever (even if it was there before, or the Left left it -spell check wasn’t happy about that statement). Caldwell Christian will have trash bags for collection and will take them to the dump as needed. Let’s leave the place CLEANER than we found it.

BTW,  If you disagree with us and are on the opposite side of this issue from us, I ask that you read exactly why we are going to be there on FEB 13^th below in our statements to the Media. Do you think you have the arguments and facts to refute it? We would be glad to host a respectful debate on this topic. Contact us debate@vacmail.org. Somehow, I doubt that will happen. The truth is never afraid of a lie, but the lie runs in fear of exposure.

**Some folks were not sure about wearing blue and then removing it. Our Lord said, be as crafty as snakes and innocent as doves. (Matt 10:16). We must realize the evil that men may do and thwart it ahead of time. In my experience in CA, in such a case, those in control are able to choose to give out less non-blue tickets/signups if they see too many of our side show up. They then reserve seats and make an urgent call for more of their folks to come in because of who picked up the tickets. And since we have no idea how many have been given out, they can wait as long as they need to hand these tickets to their cohorts.

Also since we don't know what is happening behind the scenes, if they know who is who on the roster on their side, they can stack the line-up and decide what order to let people speak based on what position they think people are going to take e.g. put all the negatives towards the end when more people are disengaged. Or try to spread out "the for" vs 'the against." This is just so they can justify to the public their decisions.

We must not be foolishly naive that the people who want to brainwash our kids and lie to us parents, would not stoop to such practices when no one is there to hold them accountable.

How to talk to the Media

Though the media will be there at our request, please remember, most of them are NOT on our side. Especially if they are ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS etc.

They are looking for 2 things, the weird crazy person and the mean angry person.

So don’t be THAT guy. And don’t assume they will not edit everything you say to make you look like a weird crazy mean spirited, angry person. So, my suggestion is say things like this below and then say thank you and move on. The longer you talk, the more opportunity they have to taint you as crazy.

One other thing, I’ve noticed. They are often looking for the “ignorant” Christian that they can mock, i.e., someone who does not know all the details of their argument. Often a reporter will respond to something you say with, but did you know this xyz, which shows that you are wrong. My recommendation is to state only things that you know for sure or can refer them to someone (like me) and not take the bait to expand on the issue unless you’ve been reading up on this issue. If you stick to things like below then despite any fact they throw at you, you can say: "I stated my argument, if you want the statistics and data or to debate, please contact one of the pastors here who’d be happy to debate with you. Do you want to debate?"

1.    Studies show that kids who think they are transgender are 20% more likely to commit suicide (1.2x), but if they go through treatment, but they are 2000% (20X) more likely to commit suicide after 10 years (corrected from typo of 5). How heartless can we be to let that happen to them.

2.    The medical companies make $300,000-$400,000 per transgender person in just the first 10 years, often paid by the government. Do you really think they care that children are mutilating themselves?

3.    You don’t let your 13-year-old decide to eat candy for dinner every day, do you really think they are capable of making a life altering decision about removing their genitals?

4.    For 6000 years of human history kids never thought they were transgender, and they were fine, where do you think that idea is coming from now? (They may say: "I don't know." To which you say: "You are a reporter, why don't you do some research like good reporters used to do?")

5.    Walt Heyer, one of the first transgenders transitioners in history (who transitioned back) found that kids who have early trauma are being told by teachers there are transgender, which hides and makes sure the trauma never gets treated. Don’t you think that’s heartless, mean spirited and cruel?

6.    So a young girl feels she wants to be a boy, what if she feels she wants to be a mermaid, do you think we should chop off her feet and put her through plastic surgery to create a flipper and a tail? Do you think kids are mature enough to make decisions that are life altering at that age? When you add this to the fact that drug companies and hospitals are lying to them because they want to make $300,000 per confused child, surely you are smart enough to detect evil intent and understand why the doctors and the psychologists have no incentive to dissuade young kids.

7.    Why is this district trying to silence parents? Did you see the email the school union sent out trying to shut us out of this meeting? Who do you think should decide their own kid’s future?

8.    Do you have kids? Would you want some adult to teach your kids something you disagree with and then lie to you, like the teachers are being asked to do with this policy?

9.    Do you have daughters? Don’t you think teen boys will be happy to pretend to be a girl for a short while so they can shower or sleep with your daughters? And if we are talking about feelings, what about the feelings of the girls who don’t want boys in their locker rooms? There are far more of them than transgenders.

10. Personally, I’m OK with the school district passing this Policy because we in this group have multiple lawyers lining up to sue them separately. They will be taught a lesson, and we are coming after every school district that has passed this policy in the past. So let this be a warning to them. It's going to cost a lot in attorney and legal fees. Our motto is sue early, sue often.

11. Some of these supervisors won their race with under 100 votes. I see much more than 100 votes right here on this sidewalk. And this movement is growing.

BTW, you can never go wrong if you instead just preach the gospel to the reporter. You won’t make the news, but they’ll hear the gospel. Use the Ray Comfort method. Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen? The Bible says liars and thieves are sinful and are separated from God. Where do you think you will go when you die? Why should God let you into Heaven if you are a liar and adulterer, selfish and prideful?

MY BRIEF SUMMARY OF WHAT POLICY 3281 IS,

1. Forces girls to let boys into the girls locker rooms to shower with them.
2. Forces girls to allow boys to sleep in the same room as girls on school trips.
3. Forces teachers to hide from parents the fact that their kids have been brainwashed to think they are transgender
4. Encourages kids to think they are Transgender if they feel awkward. Forbids any alternate counseling.

As a parent, what do you think of this policy? It was adopted by over 40 local school districts in secret.
