We hope this message finds you well and that you are looking forward to a fun and safe Fourth of July! As we celebrate this festive occasion, we wanted to take a moment to update you on some exciting developments happening at Longfellow Wellesley Tennis & Health Club.
We are thrilled to share our progress on the extensive rebuilding and remodeling of this historic club situated on Babson College's property. With an investment of millions of dollars, we are enhancing and revitalizing this comprehensive club to provide you with an exceptional experience. Currently, over 15 vendors are dedicated to ensuring we are prepared for the first official day of our regular health club hours on September 3, 2024.
Here's a glimpse into the exciting transformations underway:

Signage: After weeks of planning, our logo and the Longfellow Wellesley Tennis & Health Club name are proudly displayed on the road—a milestone that marks our presence and progress.

Roof Repairs: The roof has been completely patched and received three coats of sealant. All leaks are gone, and these repairs are guaranteed for twenty years by the same vendor who has resealed the metal roofs of all our Longfellow Clubs.

Tennis Courts: All components of the tennis courts are in the process of being upgraded and remodeled. The lights, which will match the quality of lighting at our Natick and Wayland clubs, will be installed over the next three weeks.

Fitness Rooms: Our three major fitness areas have been redesigned with brand new equipment - you will be thrilled when you see the results of this spectacular remodeling!

New Equipment: We have finalized our decisions on the new equipment to purchase, and all orders will be made this week.

Locker Rooms: The locker rooms are undergoing a complete remodel, with the new floor tile 90% complete. The steam rooms and saunas are being rebuilt, projected for completion in July.

Building Permits: We have applied for all necessary building permits to enable our eager vendors to begin extensive remodeling of all aspects of the club.

Hallway Flooring: Tens of thousands of dollars have been invested in completely retiling the major hallway floors with luxury vinyl.

Painting and Lighting: The entire facility is being repainted, and the lighting is being redesigned.
We've been hard at work behind the scenes on something truly exciting. While we can't share all the details just yet, rest assured that significant developments are in progress!
