- 220 Court Street (Cobble Hill Historic District)-Certificate of Appropriateness application to allow for a rear yard extension.
- 345 Hoyt Street (Carroll Gardens Historic District)- Certificate of Appropriateness application to rebuild the wall facing the street and add new doors to the garage, build a roof deck on top of the garage, and make alterations to the side and front facades.
