About the speaker: Bonnie Vaughn serves as Senior Vice President at Public Partnerships (PPL), where she leads strategic partnerships with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and oversees the management of facilitator subcontractors supporting New York’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). In this role, she ensures alignment with state policy, contract compliance, and operational readiness during one of the most significant program transitions in the state’s Medicaid history.
