Although this year has been a very interesting one, to say the least, summer vibes are still in effect. We must make the very best of the offerings this warm season provides. Of course, this includes fun trips to your Mississippi Farmers Market. As shoppers wear masks and other protective coverings and only touch items that they intend to purchase to help keep everyone safe as we all adjust to life during this pandemic, beneath those masks and other protective gear are smiling faces. We can see those friendly smiles in everyone's eyes! We are grateful for a considerate group of shoppers who are willing to practice physical distancing. Nothing says "I respect you" more than playing your little part in helping keep everyone safe as they shop and sell.
Whether you are picking up plums, zucchini, green tomatoes, banana peppers, sweet treats, or something else, the Market's agriculturists, roasters, and foodies are here to make you smile underneath your mask.
Remember: You are still able to place your order in advance by contacting the participating vendors listed above. After placing your order, you would simply pick up your items from the Market during normal hours of operation.
On Saturdays, be on the lookout for vendors on BOTH sides of the Market—the east and the west. You can stop by the Market on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
*The Market is no longer open on Thursdays.
