Greetings!

On the afternoon of March 26th we were informed of upcoming construction taking place on Chevy Chase Parkway. This project is slated to begin on Friday, April 3rd and last 4 to 6 weeks.

I have been in contact with the DC community coordinator overseeing this project, and they are making an effort to work with us - however, this project will impact CCPC's arrival and departure plans.

Please pay close attention to the details listed below for your child's(ren) program to navigate arrival and departure starting Tuesday, April 7th. Please share this information with your caregivers and authorized pick-ups.

Below is the letter from DDOT for your refrence.

Creekside Arrival & Departure:

Carpool will continue as normal for arrivals between 8:55 and 9:15.

Dismissal will continue as normal from the classrooms @ 12.

Parking will be limited, we encourage all Creekside families to utilize the Carpool line or walk.

Hillside & Blue Sky Arrival & Departure:

Blue Sky families are asked to park on Oliver Street and utilize the church parking lot door for entry.

We will have a staff member at the door to direct you to where to go. This entry will also be utilized for departure.

We encourage neighbors who are close by to walk if possible.

Woodland Arrival & Departure:

Woodland families will continue as normal with limited parking on Chevy Chase Parkway. We encourage nearby neighbors to walk if possible.
