Steel is in the Air in Green, OH for Stream and DeHoff

Coming soon in Green: a new 40,680 sq. ft. pre-engineered Butler® steel building for our client, Stream Realty Partners, in partnership with DeHoff Development.

This Design-Build project will include a 3,500 sq. ft. interior office area and related site improvements as well.

Steel is in the air and the MR-24® standing seam roofing system is in place. Over the next several weeks our team will install the remaining masonry, siding and trims, underground and above-grade electrical and mechanical, and the concrete floor system. The full building project will be completed later this year.

Yost Foods Expands

Two-Phase Renovation and Addition Near Completion

We're coming close to wrapping up a two-phase office renovation and expansion for our client, Yost Foods, in Brunswick, Ohio.

A Design-Build project by Campbell Construction, the new office space will include two additions totaling 1,990 sq. ft., in addition to the existing 1,990 sq. ft. renovated space.

This month our team is completing the second phase of this project, including all the drywall, siding, trims, landscaping, and all other interior finishes. The Owner is expected to occupy at the end of this month.

In 1991, Yost Foods began as an Industrial Food broker, and today is dedicated to providing manufacturers with high-value food products, professional sales & marketing tools, product development, distribution, and manufacturing services.
