During the 5 day training, we have guest speakers. A Senior Pfizer pilot comes onto the ZOOM training and talks about CRM ( Crew Resource Management ) which are needed communication skills for the flight attendant and the flightdeck - pilots.

Additionally we have a Business Aviation caterer who has 6 Business Aviation Catering kitchens across the country. He discusses business aviation catering from his point of view and what they need to hear from you to give you 100% accuracy in your order. We discuss in detail packaging per galley/oven - microwave size constraints, food allergies, religious dietary restrictions, Vegan, Kosher, Halal, etc.

Prior to the training you choose, we will ship you (SEE ABOVE) an 18-pound (8.16 kilos) box with our 8 pound (3.6 kilos) Corporate Flight Attendant Training Manual, many important handouts, and goodies from Business Aviation Vendors.
