Good Afternoon Everyone:

Due to inclement weather, the 2026 Legislative Conference and Institute Class have been rescheduled. The new dates are:

Tuesday, February 3 – Wednesday, February 4, 2026

The Institute class will be held before the Opening Session of the conference on Tuesday, February 3 at 9:00 AM. We will also record this class. 

If you are able to attend on the new dates and already have a hotel reservation for this week, the Hyatt Regency will automatically move your reservation - as long as you have booked within the AIC Room Block. You do not need to take any further action. The Hyatt will send out an email to the guest as they move your reservation, so you are aware. 

If a guest has cancelled their reservation, they will need to make a new one. They will need to put rooms back into the room block to accommodate those guests making their reservations! 

If you are unable to attend the conference next week, please contact Jacque Clements at jclements@indianacounties.org - by Thursday, January 29, 2026.

After notifying Jacque of your cancellation, you must also cancel your hotel reservation directly with the Hyatt Regency.
