IMPORTANT ADMISSIONS MESSAGE

The FACTS Grant & Aid application will go live on November 1st. All families that plan to receive financial assistance for the 2026-2027 school year must complete the application by no later than February 1st, 2026.

We encourage you to complete the application at your earliest convenience as we have moved up our financial aid review and awarding timeline. There is no need to wait on your 2025 tax return as we can use your 2024 return. If you anticipate a significant change from 2024 to 2025, please provide details in the notes section on the application. You can go back later and add the 2025 return if necessary.

We understand that Catholic education is a sacrifice and we thank you for entrusting us with your children. Your timely completion of the Grant & Aid application will allow the Tuition Assistance Committee to award financial aid by early spring. This will in turn help your family with planning for the 2026-2027 school year.

Click here beginning on November 1st to sign into your account and get started.

Campus Ministry

Steubenville: I want to take a moment to talk to you parent-to-parent. Parenting is a TOUGH JOB! I think all of us spend hours worrying about our child's physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-bring. I am sure we all fret about their future: Who will they become? Will they be happy? Are they developing unhealthy habits that they will battle for a lifetime? My family has found that Steubenville Youth Conference has opened channels of communication about faith and about decision-making. It has become a given each summer, and something the kids look forward to as a way to re-encounter the Lord. This year's theme is Worthy and will explore our worth and identity in Christ. If you think your son or daughter would benefit from a weekend with the Lord, a time for prayer, Adoration, Mass, small group discussions, praise and worship, and community, please check out this link (https://youtu.be/tYCzVBQJEoc?si=Sa3_ke7XOsw0Xuyr). We will be attending the Springfield, MO location from July 9-12. The approximate cost will be $400-450 which includes charter bus travel, 1 night at a hotel (July 9), activities on morning of July 10, 2 nights in the dorms (July 10 and 11), the following meals (dinner on July 9; breakfast and dinner on July 10; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on July 11; and breakfast July 12), 3 tee shirts, and conference registration. What is not included in the cost are lunches on our travel days (we brown bag lunch on July 9 and each student buys his/her own fast food on the way home on July 12) and any purchases made at the conference.. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be due on Friday, January 30 with $100 payments each month. All trips must be paid in full by May 1. Please contact me at msweetmon@gcgmail.org if you have any questions.
