Space Coast MLS News & Updates

Weather Closure Notice Update:

Tuesday, November 3:

Out of an abundance of caution and for the safety of our members, staff, and community, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® will also be closed.

Friendly Reminder: When Brevard County Public Schools close due to inclement weather, the Association closes as well.

Our team will continue monitoring emails, and we currently anticipate resuming normal business hours on Wednesday, November 4th.

Please stay safe and we thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT VOTING UPDATE: Due to extreme flooding, several Brevard County precinct polling locations have been temporarily relocated to help ensure the safety of voters and election workers. Additional changes may occur as conditions develop.

Before heading to the polls, verify your polling location.

Visit VoteBrevard.gov for the latest Election Day polling locations and updates.

Please use caution when traveling, avoid flooded roadways, and stay informed.
