CHFA staff will be attending and speaking at the grand opening for 302 Conifer in Fort Collins next month on Wednesday, November 18th. If you plan to attend, please say hello!

Developed by Arrowleaf Development LLC, 302 Conifer will offer 76 affordable middle-income apartments serving households with incomes between 70 percent and 100 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). CHFA supported 302 Conifer with $2.5M in construction to permanent financing through its Middle-income Access Program (MIAP). MIAP supports the development of housing to serve renters with middle incomes, sometimes referred to as the “missing middle,” with incomes too high for Housing Tax Credit units, but who are often overburdened by market rents.
