chfa launchpad: where learning takes off

CHFA is excited to introduce CHFA LaunchPad^sm, a new online learning platform for CHFA training. CHFA LaunchPad gives Participating Lender staff convenient, on-demand access to foundational training on CHFA programs, processes, and requirements. The first course available is designed for loan officers, loan officer assistants, and lock desk personnel, with additional role-based courses planned.

CHFA Lender Essentials

• On-demand video lessons available 24/7
• Learn everything from CHFA program guidelines and down payment assistance to income calculations, loan review requirements, and the loan reservation process
• Earn a certificate upon course completion
• Access related resources that reinforce key course topics

CHFA LaunchPad complements our regularly scheduled twice-monthly webinars by giving Participating Lenders another training option that fits their schedules. Whether they choose on-demand learning or a live webinar, Participating Lender staff can build the knowledge needed to successfully originate and process CHFA loans.

Get a head start by completing the training and earning a certificate that is valid for 12 months. Completion will become required once CHFA makes all role-based training available.
