Annual Meeting Proxies
Proxies were mailed out on March 26th, 2019. Please allow 5-6 business days for mail delivery of proxies. To ensure quorum for the annual meetings, please return your proxy postmarked by April 22
nd
in advance of the annual meeting.

Annual Report
By April 22, 2019, our 2018 Annual Report will be made available on our website and sent out via email to Sea Pines property owners for whom we have an email address on record.
A limited quantity of printed Annual Reports will be available at the Annual Meeting as well as the CSA Administration office beginning April 30
th
during regular office hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM M-F).
Annual Meeting Agendas
At this time, the only resolution for the membership of ASPPPO and CSA to be acted upon at the Annual Meeting is the approval of the April 30, 2018 meeting minutes.
