Stewardship Campaign for 2027

Reminders for Stewardship Sunday

Remember, this Sunday, October 25th, is Stewardship Sunday. Please be ready to turn in your pledge forms during our worship service. You will have the opportunity to bring your pledge forward and place it in the basket in front of the chancel. Please remember to complete both sides of the pledge form. One side is for your tithing pledge, and the other is for pledging your time and talents.

Immediately after worship, Stewardship will host its annual Stewardship Potluck Luncheon. This is a reminder to bring your sidedish or dessert!

While you are out shopping this week, please remember to pick up a bag of candy for Trunk or Treat, Saturday, October 31. We always have lots of ghosts and goblins stop by so any help with treats would be appreciated. There are bins in the Narthex and/or in the Church Office for you to place your donations in.

You can drop off a bag of candy

this Sunday or

You are also welcome to drop candy off

at the Church Office Mon-Thurs/

Christmas Tree Display

Woodhaven Church has once again been given a Christmas Tree to decorate at the Irving Art Center.

Our theme this year is a Christmas 1950 and beyond. We are asking Church Members to assist by bringing in family photos after the service on October 25 during the Pot Luck Luncheon in Hancock Hall. We will have ornamental frames to put the photos in to hang on the tree. The cut out on the frame is 2 1/2 inches. They will be returned after the tree comes down and returned to you, and you can keep the frames. We will also need help decorating the tree.

To Volunteer to help or if you have any questions:

Please call Susan Murray at 214-772-3874.

Thank you all in advance!!
