**Nikki (DCUMC) and Kym (NCUMC) purchased tickets F2 & F4**

One of our church youth is participating in a charity benefit show. Elana Childress is on the Spotlight Dance team at Maureen's School of Dance. They are putting on a show called "Be the Change" on 8/9/25 in support of a local charity called CATS - Children's Assistive Technology Services. CATS supports children in our community with disabilities by helping them to secure equipment which will improve their quality of life. The show has been put together by a group of teen dancers and will be family friendly. They are learning many important things like the importance of philanthropy and helping to serve your community. Tickets are on sale now and all proceeds go directly towards the remarkable organization. If you are unable or not interested in attending, you can also make a monetary donation to the charity. Please visit the link below for tickets or to donate. Any amount is appreciated.

Youth Sunday School

Join us on Sundays @ 9am for Sunday School!

This four-week series will help students understand that their mistakes don’t define their relationship with God by exploring Biblical figures who messed up in big ways but were still loved by God.

In this four-week series, students will learn:

  • Session 1 (8/10): God still loves us... even when we fail.
  • Session 2 (8/17): God still uses us... even when we're disobedient.
  • Session 3 (8/24): God still believes in us... even when we don't believe in ourselves.
  • Session 4 (8/31): God still forgives us... even when we turn our backs on Him.

Class of 2026

Start working on your scholarship application now!

You only need 100 hours of church activities logged April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026.

If you attend worship, Sunday School, and youth on Sunday and/or Wednesday on a weekly basis, this is really easy!

Worship=1 hour

Sunday School=1 hour

Sunday Youth Group=2 hours

Wednesday Bible Study=1 hour

In one regular week, you can earn 5 hours. This doesn't count VBS (10-15 hours) and special youth events that earn you multiple hours. This summer we will have lots of opportunities to earn hours. The mission trip is worth 60 hours. Our Senior High Retreat next March is worth 16 hours.

Scholarship applications are due no later than May 31, 2026. Submissions earlier would be greatly appreciated.
