DFC: Walleye Weekend Alcohol Wristbanding

June 12–14th

Help keep one of Fond du Lac’s favorite summer events running smoothly by volunteering at the alcohol wristband booths during Walleye Weekend! Volunteers play an important role in supporting safe and responsible alcohol service throughout the event. Each booth requires two volunteers at all times, with two booth locations for a total of four volunteers needed per shift.

Volunteer booth locations include Frazier Drive near Frazier Shelter and Softball Island near the Fond du Lac Softball Shelter. Volunteers will help check IDs, issue wristbands to guests 21 and older, and support responsible alcohol service throughout the event. No experience is needed; training and ID scanner instructions will be provided before each shift. Gather a friend, enjoy the summer atmosphere, and help make this community tradition a success!

Fidget Donation Request!

Summer is right around the corner, and that means ASTOP will be out in the community at events, connecting with individuals and families.

At the outreach tables, they use fidgets as a simple but powerful way to start conversations about mental health, grounding techniques, and personal safety. These small tools can make a big impact, helping people feel more comfortable, engaged, and supported.

They are currently looking for donations of fidgets to help continue this important work throughout the summer!
