Children's Ministries Update | February 10, 2023

Hello Families!

Sorry that I have been out of commission for a bit, but we are all better and can't wait to see you all this Sunday!

Just a quick note to remind you of a couple of things:

This Sunday, bring your kids to Ellis Hall with you to join in a sing-along with Caroline Crespino during the Formation hour. This would be a great Sunday to invite friends!

On Sunday, you will get a reusable food bag to fill with canned goods for our Midtown Assistance Center's Lent Food Drive. Our kids will hand out the bags each Sunday after the 9:00 service, so if you haven't signed up yet to help with that, take a look at the Sign up

This Sunday, I need one parent to help with Children's Church as Ms. Kimmell will not be there. If you don't have a child singing in church and can help, sign up here.

Save the Date - Vacation Bible School (VBS) will be June 5-9. Woo-Hoo!

Mark your calendars for these two classes. If you haven't come to this class before, please join us now.

We want to be intentional about sharing our faith with our children and don't always know how. There is a lot of wisdom in this community that helps us figure out ways to do just that. We can come along beside each other with support and empathy and ideas.

Won't you join us and get to know the other All Saints' parents, grandparents and folks interested in living out their baptismal covenant ?We share about kids of all ages and stages!

MAC Lent Food Drive

February 26-April 2

The Children's Ministries will be having a competition to see who can bring in the most canned goods for the MAC Lent Food Drive. So look for those BOGO deals as you shop and get a collection bag from church starting on Feb. 26th. Have your child bring their cans in on Sundays and we will weigh them and count them for their class. I will be sending out a Sign Up Genius for kids to pick a Sunday to hand out bags at 9:00 or 11:15 service. At the end of the collection, Club 45 will be carrying over all the collections and organizing them on the shelfs for MAC as their Faith in Action project for April.
