These meal plans are tailored to the medical needs of the recipient by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and are obtained through referral from a medical professional or healthcare plan. H.R. 5370 will provide the outcomes that we need to build a more resilient and cost-effective health care system. Especially during the pandemic, as we endeavor to keep medically vulnerable seniors and people with disabilities living with severe and chronic illnesses – healthy and at home.
