Would you keep Simplicity Ministries® in mind as you consider monthly financial partnerships for this new year?  We are praying for 22 new monthly donors to join with us in 2022.

As prices continue to rise, so do operating costs for Simplicity Ministries®. In combination with this, churches are still dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, and the number of in-person events with churches, camps, and other ministries has been greatly reduced.

While Mike is preaching and ministering online and at a few in-person opportunities, as well as continuing to expand Men of Simplicity (there are nine weekly discipleship groups this winter), Simplicity Ministries® is relying on the financial gifts of our monthly donors now more than ever. Our current monthly income is not quite enough to cover all of our expenses. That’s why we need your help!

By becoming a monthly financial partner, you will be investing in the Kingdom of Christ through Simplicity Ministries®. Checks should be made payable to “Simplicity Ministries” and mailed to P.O. Box 388, Fairview, OR 97024 or there is an online giving option through our website to set up recurring monthly giving. Thank you! 
A Word from Debbie Thibodeaux

In my study of Paul’s letter to the Galatians, I found a new personal motto in a commentator’s description of the apostle: “His ministry priorities are exemplary -- DISCIPLING PEOPLE and DEFENDING TRUTH.”

With those same priorities, I continue to enjoy the high privilege of discipling women of all ages here in the Pacific Northwest.

In BRIGHT Lights this year, we have 15 girls attending, with five of those in the Leaders in Training program. In SEADS, there are 10 women beginning an in-depth study of Galatians this month.
MOS Winter Term - Apologetics; learning to be ready to give an answer for the hope that we have in Christ.

Western Ukrainian Evangelical Baptist Convention: Youth Conference

  • Session on Saturday Morning: “God’s Loving Provision” (John 3:1-18 and Numbers 21:4-9). This message will be evangelistic in focus. Pray for the lost to be saved!
 
  • Session on Sunday Morning: “Sacrificial Love” (Matthew 5:38-48). This message will be discipleship focused for followers of Jesus. Pray for believers to love sacrificially those who are hard to love.
