Guilford County Passports Services has now returned to "Walk-In" status! Come visit us to process your passport applications.

Join the Guilford County Register of Deeds and Guilford County government in supporting Mental Wellness during World Mental Health Month in October.

We have partnered with interns at NC A&T State University on the "Tuscarora Project". We've scanned the research of longtime History and Political Science Professor Dr. Arwin Smallwood. We'll be joining Dr. Smallwood at the Tryon Palace Commission Conference in New Bern in November to present this work.

Lastly, the Register of Deeds supports our Veterans! Guilford County "Thank a Vet" has partnered with over 450 businesses to provide discounts and services for those who has served our country in our nation's armed forces!

Guilford County Passport Services has reopened as a “Walk-In” passport facility with no appointment necessary! Office hours are 8:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.

The Guilford County Register of Deeds will be working with multiple county departments to bring community awareness to Guilford County's commitment to Mental Wellness. Guilford County has a new "988" Crisis Lifeline to call or text for mental health emergencies. The Behavioral Health Center has expanded care for people experiencing mental health or substance abuse crisis. The County is partnering with Cone Health on a joint innovation team for removing barriers to good health.

The Register of Deeds "Good Grief" Podcast Series brings knowledge and voices to the area of End of Life. We'll be participating in the Triad Area Out of the Darkness Walk on October 15th at Triad Park in Kernersville.

The Guilford County Register of Deeds will be joining Dr. Arwin Smallwood for the History of the Tuscarora Conference to be held by the Tryon Palace Commission in November 3-5th in New Bern.

The Register of Deeds has partnered NC A&T interns on the "Tuscarora Project" which has digitized Dr. Smallwood's foundational research on the Tuscarora Indians and Indian Woods, NC. The conference is to acknowledge the impact of the Tuscarora people on the colony and state of North Carolina.
