New clients are required to secure their first appointment with a credit card. A $50 no-show fee will be charged for failure to show to appointment without notice.

Late Arrivals

In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, late arrivals will not be granted extended service time. Appointments will conclude as scheduled. Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule.

Cancelation/No-Show Policy

24-hour notice is requested for all cancellations. If you fail to show for your appointment, without notice, a credit card will be required to book future appointments and future no-shows will be charged a $50 fee per service booked.

Spa Parties

Spa parties of 2 or more people must reserve appointments with a credit card. 24-hour notice is requested for cancellation. If notice of cancellation is not given, a $50 fee per person, per service will be charged.

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied for any reason with goods purchased, please bring unused portion along with sales receipt and we will gladly refund your money. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
