We will make every effort to stay open before, during, and after the storm, but the safety of our team always comes first. The best way to contact us in these situations is email, but if not urgent, give extra time before contacting us.
Please understand (in any hurricane situation), thousands of our valued clients may be affected, we triage situations to take care of those worst off, first. if your need is not immediate, giving some extra time before contacting us, is always appreciated.
The first thing to do if you do have damage is to (safely), do what you can to avoid further damage. Safety always comes first, if your safety is at risk call 911. If there are wires down, or standing water, stay away, it's not worth the risk.
Locating your main water shut off, power supply breaker, and securing items that may blow away is important before the storm arrives. Take video with your phone to create a "home inventory", as this always helps if a claim occurs.
