Dr. H. is one of the few female Full Body Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons in South Carolina and we are so thrilled to have her join our practice beginning August 2, 2021.

Dr. H. is coming to us from Philadelphia. She is an Ohio native, who completed her medical school training here in South Carolina. She graduated from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine Carolinas and went on to pursue general surgery in Western New York. After her general surgery training, she was one of only four physicians to be accepted into the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship program. While completing this very competitive fellowship she also obtained her Master of Clinical Science and published numerous papers in several

peer-reviewed journals.

In her free time, Dr. H. enjoys hiking, watersports, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog Phillie. She is an avid sports enthusiast, and, in the fall, you can find her cheering on her favorite team, the Ohio State Buckeyes.
