Discussion:

Life insurance applications and related policy documentation often contain small errors that can lead to major consequences, including claim delays, beneficiary disputes, unintended estate inclusion, adverse tax outcomes, and avoidable underwriting issues. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to identify potential issues in existing in-force coverage, along with practical insights to help ensure new coverage is appropriately structured and properly documented.
