October 20, 2026

Dear Lower School Families,

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday and Friday of this week (October 22-23). On Thursday, students will be dismissed at noon. CASE is not available on Thursday, and there will be no school on Friday.

All lower school conferences are in person and on campus only. This allows faculty to share student work samples and gives you the opportunity to see what your children have been working on. If you are unable to attend on these dates, our next set of conferences in the Lower School will take place on January 14-15, 2027.

Please refer to these lower school classroom maps to help you find your way to homeroom and co-curricular faculty members and where they will be holding their conferences.

If you have any questions or missed the deadline to schedule a conference, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher directly. For all other inquiries, please contact Michelle Saling in the lower school office.

We look forward to seeing you later this week.

Warm Regards,

Mark L. Hansen

Head of Lower School
