Service EXCELLENCE!
Mainstreet Community Bank was fortunate to "inherit" Jan in 2016 when the Clermont branch purchased Centennial Bank where Jan was employed. What a fortune that was!
Jan's loyalty to her teammates and customers is only paralleled by her kindness. She is one of those individuals who never seems to have a bad day, and that positivity is very apparent to the customers.
One might say she was born to excel
in the service industry.
Jan has been in the financial services field for 29 years,
but before that she was a pharmacy assistant, worked for an auto dealership handling insurance warranties, and led a team working at a major supermarket outlet. All of these required a steady resolve and patient demeanor, and these are exactly what Jan embodies. Her son, 29, is also in finance, so Jan's love of the industry has been passed along for other generations.
When she isn't at work helping customers or her fellow teammates, Jan enjoys her time at home on the lake with her husband of 30 years. It's the perfect spot to birdwatch.
Cardinals are her favorite, but she appreciates all of those who pay her a visit. If she's not relaxing and taking in the scenery, she's busy gardening and doing a myriad of landscaping or other yardwork.
But don't let this laid-back birdwatcher fool you.
She loves sports, and is a diehard Florida Gator fan.
During football season (and basketball and baseball), she bleeds orange and blue...and rivals beware. Her loyalty certainly carries over to the ball fields.
While her beloved Gators are her favorite sports team, the team at Mainstreet Community Bank is ultimately the winning team because we have an all-star player in Jan.
