Our spring social will be Friday, April 26th. Next week we will unveil details like location, time, and theme. For now, save-the-date and know the evening promises to be one where we toast to the season and spirit of the KRS community.

Click here to volunteer for the library! Back by popular demand it’s time to volunteer at the KRS library. Volunteer shifts require a set amount of time so that you’re present to assist in numerous ways and help make shelving efficient and effective. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to become familiar with a beautiful space at KRS.

NEW YORK YANKEE FUNDRAISER

We’ve partnered with the New York Yankees for a unique fundraiser and we’re so excited to announce that tickets are on sale! Main Level tickets cost 80.00 and each ticket comes with a 15.00 meal voucher to be used in the stadium along with a NYY backpack. Purchase your tickets on SQUARE (directions on ticket delivery will come to you in early March). KRS has 150 seats reserved in section 232B. This fundraiser is open to families outside of Kings Road School so spread the word and make a plan to hit the park on Sunday, April 7th to see the New York Yankees play the Toronto Blue Jays at 1:35 p.m. Again, grab your little league or softball team, invite your neighbors, and/or extend the offer to other MPS families. Take us out to the ball game and help fundraise to support our special school. We’ll see you in the Bronx! Purchase here.

Thank you to all of our families and all 128 skaters who came to the Roller Skating Rink on Saturday. It was a wonderful event filled with happy skaters of all ages. Our ability to do this free event came to us from generous donations. We’d like to thank AMC theaters of East Hanover for donating popcorn, BJS Wholesale Club for donating a gift card, which was used to purchase water, and the individuals who made DREAMS COME TRUE by connecting and conspiring with the Roller Rink to host KRS. Our family events create critical community relationships and we are indebted to all of the participants, volunteers, businesses, and individuals who open their hearts to make room for us.

Gracias a todas nuestras familias que vinieron a la pista de patinaje sobre ruedas el sábado. Fue un evento maravilloso lleno de patinadores felices de todas las edades. Nuestra capacidad para realizar este evento gratuito nos llegó gracias a generosas donaciones.
