Dear Parents & Guardians,
Our fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will be Thursday, October 8, 2026, starting at 9am and ending at 6pm. These conferences are designed to focus on your students’ transition to their new grade level and therefore are scheduled with Homeroom Teachers only.
For example, if you have a 7th grader, you will sign up for a time with Mr. Schultz but not with Mrs. Petersen as she will have a full schedule meeting with 8th grade parents. If you wish to meet with a teacher of one of our specials (Spanish, music, art, PE, resource, as well as our support services team) they are available by setting up a time with them individually.
Conferences are in person. They will be 20 minutes in length, but are scheduled every 25 minutes, allowing time for you to get to your next conference and for the next family to check in. If you are unable to find a time that works for you, please email your teacher and set up a virtual meeting or something that works for you and the teacher.
The deadline to sign up will be the evening of Monday, October 5, 2026.
Making an appointment through Sign Up Genius is required to see a teacher at conference times. You will be required to create an account in Sign Up Genius which will allow you to log back in and check your meeting time if you forget.
