Dear CFA Society Philadelphia Members,
The CFAP Women's Leadership Initiative maintains a robust student outreach initiative called Inve$t in Her Future. This important program engages with local universities and high schools to encourage female students to join the investment management industry.
We are in the process of connecting female college students from around the Philadelphia area with mentors for the coming year.
The CFAP Inve$t in Her Future Mentorship Program is a nine-month commitment from January through September, 2022, but can be continued at the discretion of the mentor and mentee.
The suggested meeting schedule is once per month for the first quarter, and then once per quarter for the following two quarters. Meetings can be held over the phone or in-person.
We are looking for both male and female mentors for these women.
