Happy Wednesday Silos,
We have been busy bees, see below for my weekly updates!
Manager Updates:
☎️ Silos Farmhouse Phone System:
Since I've been onsite, I continue to hear the feedback "Nobody ever answers the Phone at the office". After review of the current phone system, I can tell you with certainty that it's because the phones aren't ringing most of the time!
I have reached out to a few vendors to discuss a new multi-line phone system cost and products. - Please standby for more information once it is received.
🚗 Compliance Time!
Larry (Silos Compliance Coordinator) has been out and about checking the community for open violations. Compliance Letters will start back up next week, so please take some time from now to Monday to get your properties in order.
- Manicured Lawns
- Trash Cans out of sight
- Debris/Materials that may need to be stored out of view
- Unapproved Architectural Projects
- Etc.
🚜 FORCE MOWS - IN PROGRESS🚜
Three properties were posted for force mowing this morning - If not resolved by tomorrow, July 22, 2026, the HOA will mow these properties and charge the resident's account for the service.
What does Force Mow mean? If multiple yard maintenance notices have been sent and the violation remains unresolved, the Association may have the front yard mowed and charge the cost back to the homeowner, as permitted by the Silos Governing Documents.
If you've received a yard maintenance notice, please take care of it as soon as possible to avoid additional charges. Thank you for helping keep Silos looking its best!

- Inspection, test, lubricate, calibrate, clean, and disinfection.
In between services I will work with Phillip (Silos Facilities Maintenance) to clean equipment and floors, including under the equipment, to ensure the Silos Gym continues to be top notch!
💡 SILOS Monument Lights - Approved
The Board has approved the proposal to replace the color changing lights that are inside the "SILOS" letters at the monument. Ordering the new product and lift will still take a few weeks, but this project is moving forward - Yay!
