Greetings Good People!

It's that time of year when Educational Gilmore Speaks, LLC honors our Women in History.

There are sooooo many talented ladies working extremely hard to help our community and who are changing the game in their respective industries.

It is a must that we recognize them and give them their roses while they are here, so that they may continue to be encouraged to keep on breaking glass ceilings, jumping over long-standing hurdles, and busting through barriers to forge a path for all the young ladies coming up behind them.

On Friday, March 31st, 2023, join Educational Gilmore Speaks, LLC LIVE at the Factory Bar & Restaurant as we recognize another set of 31 Extraordinary Women, one for each day of the month!

The 2nd Annual EGS Extraordinary Women Awards Ceremony will feature dinner and live entertainment along with networking opportunities to meet your fellow advocates and activists in the community.

Film Notice to Residents and Businesses

Dear Neighbors,

On Thursday, March 9, O7 Films will be filming JC Testimonials in various Jersey City locations. This is a small, 6 crew production. Actors will speak to camera. Pedestrians, businesses, and park-users will not be blocked. Vehicles left in the designated film parking areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.

We are working with the City of Jersey City to assure all film rules and regulations are followed.

We will film at the at the following locations and times:

8am-1130am Lafayette Park 

no parking requested

12pm-3pm - Newark Pedestrian Pl

2 parking spaces on Barrow St. requested

3:15pm-4:15pm - Hamilton Park

No parking requested

4:45pm-6pm - Broadman Place

No parking requested

We are aware of the inconvenience caused by our activity. Rest assured that we will do everything possible to minimize the impact of our activities on your neighborhood.
