CMS discontinued ASP reporting for ZOLADEX^® (J9202) effective 4/1/2026. The product remains active with published WAC and AWP pricing.

Situation Overview

Effective April 1, 2026, CMS discontinued publication of an Average Sales Price (ASP) for ZOLADEX^® (HCPCS J9202). While ASP is no longer available for this code, ZOLADEX remains an active product with currently available WAC and AWP pricing.

To support reimbursement and claims processing activities, current NDC, WAC, and AWP information for both ZOLADEX NDCs is provided below. Organizations that utilize ASP as a reimbursement benchmark may wish to review and update internal pricing references as appropriate.
