Accelerate your efforts to improve health and well-being in your community

Communities, nonprofits and businesses are receiving millions of dollars to improve the health, quality of life and economic well-being of local residents. Federal and state agencies and foundations are distributing sizable grants, often in support of collaborative initiatives.

You are invited to attend one of three breakfast sessions to gain insights into how such funding, along with strong community connections and regional resources, is empowering leaders like you to gain momentum in breaking down barriers to healthy communities.

This is an opportunity to identify potential partners for your initiatives and big ideas, while also tapping into assistance, technical expertise and administrative support for the grant application process and implementation.

Together, we can address health disparities for residents across our region, in communities large and small, urban and rural. Please register below.
