ST. NERSESS ARMENIAN SEMINARY
Ս. ՆԵՐՍԷՍ ԸՆԾԱՅԱՐԱՆ
Preparing Leaders for Service in the Armenian Church since 1961
Upcoming Graduation

On Saturday, May 21, the seminary will hold its annual graduation ceremony for its 2022 graduate, Dn. Adam Bullock, who will be earning his Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from St. Nersess Seminary and St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary. Bishop Daniel Findikyan, Primate of the Eastern Diocese and the President of the St. Nersess Board of Directors, will officiate. St. Vladimir's will be holding its commencement exercises a week earlier on May 14.

Dn. Adam is from Worcester, MA, where he attended the Armenian Church of Our Savior, and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. After graduation, he will be interning at a parish in the Eastern Diocese.

"I am grateful to God for the time I have spent in seminary, both at St. Nersess, and at St. Vladimir's.  The people I have met, and the experiences my wife Jenna and I have shared during these four years, will forever hold a place in our hearts," reflects Dn. Adam. "I look forward to applying all I have learned from my peers, clergy, and professors to serve God and the Armenian Church. As I prepare to enter a new phase in my life, wherever Christ guides me, I am confident that no other institution could have prepared me as well as St. Nersess. Փառք քեզ, աստուած, փառք քեզ. յաղագս ամենայի, տէր, փառք քեզ։"

In the afternoon, members of the St. Nersess Board of Directors will gather in the library for their semi-annual meeting. Prior to the graduation program, a consecration service of two new icons of St. Nersess the Graceful and St. Nersess the Great will take place in the St. Hagop Chapel. The new icons were anonymously donated to the seminary.

The public is welcome to attend the ceremony starting at 5:30pm in the chapel. To RSVP, please call 914-273-0200 or email info@stnersess.edu. Donations to honor the graduate and the occasion and can be made online at www.stnersess.edu.
